His passion for helping others with their running and to enjoy their exercise is infectious, and he has helped many people believe in themselves as they grow in the sport and push on to achieve more and more.

Rich Lord is a Project Manager working in Yorkshire, England. He believes in engaging and liaising with others to come to common goals, to achieve business improvements, and to deliver projects collaboratively and efficiently. With a 20 year background in the public sector, Rich has been involved in many different projects and programmes of work, learning all the time - about the work, about others, and about himself.

Rich Lord is a Digital Creator. What’s that? He is a writer with two best-selling self-published books on Amazon. He is a podcaster, with his own podcast Rich Lord Chats as well as producing and editing the Carleton Running Community podcast. He also is a YouTuber, creating videos from his travels around the UK - walking tours of towns and cities, road trips, and travel challenges which are entertaining as well as informative.
