WRITING –

I have written a new book and it is out now! ‘Rebuilding The #Machine. The New You Is Already Within You.’ is available on Amazon now as a paperback and as an e-book. This hit the NUMBER ONE slot in the HOT NEW RELEASES for Running and Jogging. Wowzers!

My first ebook ‘How A Fat Sweaty Santa Became A Marathon Runner‘ is still available on Amazon.

I am also writing two NEW full-length books. The release date for this is planned for the new year.

FOOTBALL –

Still supporting Aston Villa from afar. Excited for the Stevie G era and the style of play that we are starting to show, on and off anyway!

RUNNING –

Jointly set up Carleton Running Community as part of a drive to get more people active in the area, to encourage and enable greater activity and more participants. Exciting times ahead for this new groundbreaking approach to running in the area.

FITNESS –

Back to running regularly 3-4 times a week. I am now looking forward to more races this year, including Wolverhampton 10k, Pontefract 10k, Oxford Cap and Gown 10k, and Methley Canal 5k. Bring it on!

SOCIALS –

Enjoying putting lots of positive content out on all channels. Really appreciating hearing how it is inspiring change and improvement in others. Fab to read the comments and stories that come from this!
