RUNNING –

Leading sessions for Pontefract Athletics Club – including the Wednesday Social 5k each week.

FITNESS –

I am slowly working back to fitness with my running after being diagnosed with exercise-induced asthma during the pandemic times.

WRITING –

$Enjoyed a nice warm walk in the sunshine this Sunday lunchtime. The sun was warm. The breeze was gentle. The accompanying sound was provided by BBC Sounds - Friday Night Comedy and Newscast podcasts. I walked through Carleton into Darrington and back towards Baghill but cutting across the field back through The Rookeries to make it 3.5 miles.
