Rather than focusing on perfection or dramatic transformation, the journey is about consistency, honesty, and gradually finding confidence, balance, and momentum again.
Some days are positive. Some are frustrating. Some involve setbacks. But the goal is simply to keep moving forward, one step at a time!

It’s about rediscovering routine, confidence, energy, and perspective while learning how to move forward again after difficult periods.

Right now, the focus is on rebuilding gradually through walking, improving health, restoring consistency and working towards future running goals over time.
